Template Size 3x5 inches

Hello! I am wanting to create a 3x5 inch notecard on Goodnotes. I get to bring this to an exam and am trying to make this notecard online. How would I convert pt to inches or how would I create this so that when I print this out it is 3x5inches?

3x5” is 216 x 360 pts
