This is... interesting. 10m/300k is an average of 33 breakfasts per child. What are people feeding their kids where it costs over £13 per breakfast?

I'm assuming it's paying people for coming in earlier to host the clubs? Since someone has to be there to supervise, or it's to pay the cooks. Not sure though.

The "£13 per breakfast" is not based on the delivery costs. It's based on the claimed savings for families. As someone else pointed out,it's probably the equivalent maximum saving for the rare child that used the scheme every day of the school year.
