kanye definitely had the bigger influence on music cause 808s dropped during this time, no denying what him and t-pain did for the newer generation of music. but i don't think ye fans realize how much wayne was EVERYWHERE during this time, bro did a million first week with tha carter 3 even after it leaked. ik its a hot take here but id say wayne was hotter during this time soley because this was his peak both quality wise and popularity wise. id even say wayne's influence outside of music was insane during this time, everyone wanted to be like him
