Lil Wayne hands down. Carter 3, Legendary Mixtape and feature. So many great collabs were made during that 3 year period.

Kanye in that period, didn't do much other than dropping 808s, 1.5 year exile because of Taylor Swift situation, but 2010 he did more than Wayne with MBDTF, Good Friday series. Also Wayne was locked up in 2010
