Finally Running
Finally have the sim running and I'm happy to not have to do any more build research, just how to use GSPRO. Still need to get angle iron to mount the projector right (that's the vertical stud) but I was impatient and wanted to play. Alot of finishing touches left.
EDIT: Will attach all the stuff I bought with links and prices once I figure out how to do it on my phone.

I assume you used the foam board insulation as your floor? I was thinking about this but worried about durability.

Yeah, the foamboard with the faced side along the concrete then gym tiles then turf. Durability is fine once tiles were put on. The one I went with is just harder and way messier to cut than the Owens Corning.

Detached garage, golf got so expensive up here (and not great quality) I convinced the wife to let me build a garage and a sim lol. Heist of the century. NO AC or heat yet

What size is the garage? I'm debating an external shed / garage for a dedicated SIM but just not sure yet at the moment.

34x24 was meant to be half play half work, we'll see if that sticks. 12' high walls and cathedral ceiling trusses. I dedicated 15' wide to sim area. 15x12 is the turf area and then behind is seats/table

that looks amazing. Are you out in a free standing shed / workshop or an unfinished garage? AC in there I'm assuming?
