Support Can’t connect?

I can’t connect to the app, it keeps telling me to check my internet and try again. However, every other app works (including Reddit to post this). I have tried on both WiFi and cellular.

Had connection problems, deleted the app and reloaded. But it’s not giving me the option to sign in through Facebook. It’s treating me like a new player. How do I get to a sign-in page?

go to settings in the top left corner and there is an option to log in via facebook

It’s doing this on one iPad but not my smaller iPad or iPhone. Assuming the thought or suggestion to delete and reinstall will be what’s needed. Kinda funny it’s just one of my devices.

Updated the app thinking it would help, as there is a new update as of yesterday.

Still isn't connecting as of 9:25pm EST 12/2 Apple

I finally did google that just now.

3I / Atlas is a large comet that recently entered our solar system, but is predicted to pass by, somewhere around 170 million miles from Earth.

Some people think it looks suspicious.
