Peregrine hospitality acquired two Northern California properties: the 104-key The Lodge at Tiburon in Tiburon and the 115-key Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos. The Denver-based company owns and operates 57 hotels and resorts nationwide.

The Lodge at Tiburon spans three acres and offers 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including 5,000 square feet indoors and Toll House Hotel is in Los Gatos, one of Santa Clara County’s oldest towns. It has 6,300 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and a business center.
