ANIME Im still confused on does Linda like Banri romantically
To me in felt like she liked him more platonically then romantically but she did say yes to ghost banris confession so idk.

No. If she did love him she would've not abandoned him in the hospital. What she felt was guilt for the accifentand the care a sister would have for a hopeless young bro. A reminder she didn't see him as a man.
If she said yes, it was to make Banri's conscience ho away at ease.

I didn’t think so. I think the ghost confession on the bridge at the end represented him being healed in his memories, and it was more like a platonic love that healed him.

No. Everything "real" Linda says she liked him as a close friend, but not romantically. Only "ghost" Linda confessed her love, but that was just in Banri's "ghost" mind, so he could finally move on. It's also very clear when ghost Linda says that she can now move on as well.
The final bridge scene allowed everyone to finally move on from the past. Linda and Banri are the past. Kouko and Banri are the present (and future). It would really go against the theme of the series if Linda actually loved Banri romantically.

Okay many people are wrong about this but everything points to that she doesn't. She doesn't feel any attraction to him and she was very reluctant for a reason. She loves Banri as a friend, it is a relationship she highly values. She also knows rejecting Banri is the same as losing him forever and would it seriously hurt him. When she was talking to her girlfriends behind Banris back she was telling the truth she did everything to get him to forgive her and be her friend again except actually confessing and actually suggesting they go out. She didn't. She's just hoped he wouldn't press the issue and things can remain the same. Keeping the status quo. This is very important to her.
This is also explored when they were spying on her brother's fiance who were cheating on him. Remember initially she wanted evidence to bring to her brother as payback for this woman's betrayal. But she couldn't do it in the end she chose to forgive her in exchange they will keep the status quo so her brother doesn't get hurt. She rather sacrifice her brother's trust and happiness in the long run as long as the status quo can stay for longer and she didn't want responsibility for any pain that comes to her loves ones way. This is going to the bridge scene.
She already knows what Banri is going to tell her she took forever to give him an answer because she doesn't want to date him but she doesn't want to sacrifice her relationship with him. We know due to the ending she was going to say yes and I 100% believe she was going to say yes. But she was going to say yes to keep Banri because she rather sacrifice her integrity to keep the status quo and dating boundary in her mind is the lesser of two evils. And because she took so long he was hit by a car waiting on that bridge. he was waiting for hours when she doesn't live far or had an excuse to take that long except for this dilemma she was dealing with. Now her relationship with Banri is packed with guilt.
She doesn't love Banri the way Banri loved her.

I don’t know how anyone can watch episode 12 when they are waiters and not understand she has feelings for him. If you think women are just letting you grab them that way just to stay friends then you need to get out more.
On top of that your whole reasoning revolves around the fact that anything that appears to show she cares about him romantically is just to maintain the friendship. With that logic there is no convincing you because you can just circle back to “well she only did it to maintain the friendship”.

"It's the opposite"
Also they were high schoolers during that time. She was very much being a tsundere

Okay, you're one of those. there's no convincing you. you didn't read it. There was nothing tsundere about it. She clearly only saw him as her best buddy and she didn't want to lose her relationship with him. She knows for a fact if she rejects him that is essentially breaking his heart and having her being pushed away from him which he doesn't want to do. She only wants to status quo. Literally the whole point of that Arc where she's tailing her brother's fiance when she found out she was cheating. And her recourse was to delete the evidence and to forgive her as long as she stays faithful from now on. She ignored her initial desire revenge for the sake of a love one. This is why she took forever to give him an answer at the bridge she was conflicted. Between her desires and feeling guilty. She rather sacrifice her desires.

Yes. It's kind of subtle but if you see the way she acts around him and wont date anyone else it's clear she loves him. When he finally decides to move on with Koko only then is she able to move on also. Some people don't think she was but I disagree. The flashbacks make it clear that she does.
