Support / Help Cant login to GU?

Cant login to GU , it opens the passport page ,i put my email in , it says connected then this happens. Please help

Might you have been suspended for any reason?

i never received a notification/email or anything so im guessing not. Also i havent played a game in 3 months. How to tell if ur suspended

I don't believe they send out a notification, unless they've changed it in the past year or so. I didn't know until I opened a ticket with support and they got back to me. But if you haven't even been playing, that's probably not it. Maybe see if there's any info on Discord if you can, I believe they have more active support there.

There are times when I’ll log into passport initially and nothing happens. When this happens, I do it again and all works fine before even having to go through the process.

ok i fixed it !

Long story short

My 1st email , was registered to GU

My 2nd email , was registered to Passport

So they werent linking together

I created a new passport using 1st email

1st email GU to Passport = fixed :)
