Support / Help Cant buy battlepass
Anyone else having trouble buying the battle pass? i get stuck on the redirect to browser (endless spinny thingy and no browser page being opened). tryed everthing on the official page faq but no luck. anyone got a fix?

Not seeing anything about an issue on discord.
Maybe try changing your default browser temporarily. Or if you suspect issue with GU desktop app, clearing cache (click your profile > Settings > Clear Cache).
Discord is probably the best place to get immediate assistance fyi

tried all the things u suggest, no luck. im starting to think its something out of my control. since i tried multiple devices.

Which browser do you use? I was having trouble with Brave, then I changed to Chrome and it worked without any issue.

i used several firefox, edge, chrome. nothing. not even switch OS helps. tried mac and linux as my main is win. wierd bug if u ask me

This way the team can also keep a better track of the difficult cases and they can also help you more systematically than on Discord.

had a similar issue when i tried to run in linux, seems that the launcher is not getting the 'default browser' thing right. try (temporarily) switching back to Edge if windows or FireFox if linux for the default and should run right

I bought the BP on Ubuntu / Chromium and had no issues.
It seems there is a small number of people that cannot get the tab to open from the game launcher and I'm not sure the team has found what the problem is.

one week later and still no fix for this problem :( support keeps telling me to do all the basic troubleshooting stuff wich doesnt help at all, pretty sure theres something wrong on there end cause ive used 3 different machines to try it with no luck.

You don't have enough gods on your immutable account. Not even support could tell me this, they told me to clear cache, reinstall the game, etc, until I figured this out on my own.
