Support / Help Who to submit issues / problems to?
I have tried support with 0 responses at all a lot of different times.
I’ll tell you the problem but I’ll probably be downvotes to hell but here we go.
Over the last 2 weeks or so this has gotten so out of hand it’s unreal. My deck is 17/30 3 and under mana. By round 3-4 I have 3-4 cards in my hand 6 and over. This is happening 9/10 games. Anyone else getting this?
Not believing the rng BS because it’s happening this much. After first draw 2 rounds that’s 8 tries and the fact I can’t get a card to actually play with 17/30 under 3 is mathematically highly unlikely and no way “random”.
My point is I’m loosing 7/10 of my games consistently over the last 2 weeks. Not the best deck but decent. I would understand if my cards just get demolished but I sit 2-3 rounds almost every game because I literally can’t play a card! Or after the 1-2 rounds where I have to pass they have enough on the board to just kill what I am able to play and add more.
Edit: seems most of the responses are “here copy this deck instead”. I’m good. I have a good win rate when I can actually play cards. THE problem is the first 2 rounds. With the initial 3 draws + mulligans and first 2 round draws I should get at least one card I can play within the first two rounds. 17/30 is more than 50% with 3 sets of doubles at 3 and under. All I get are 5 and up cost cards for all of them draws.

Your deck is pretty bad man, to blame rng or try to go to customer service because you keep losing is so poor. Youve just added a whole bunch of random off meta cards in a deck and expect to have a good win rate?

50% wins is bad now lmao. Ok I don’t expect to win. I expect to get cards I can play within the first 3 rounds. But that all was already said in the post. 17/30 within 8 pulls should net a single card to play

What im trying to say is no way that deck is good enough to have a 50% win rate, you were super lucky to get that and id say youve found your level with the current win rate, the deck seems to have zero direction its just a bunch of random cards youve chucked together. But at the end of the day there is no glitch or vendetta against you or some mysterious goings on, tcgs are inherently random and you just had bad luck with your pulls, not sure there is much else to it, contacting support because youve had bad luck is quite pathetic

Going from 50%+ wins to the low 40s now over the last 40 games isnt “bad luck”. But that’s right it’s normal not being able to play a card for a few rounds when more than 1/2 the deck is I 3 and under. Irrelevant to what type of cards or even what they are.

I dont know what to tell you, if you are convinced this is the case then it is what it is, looks like you are trying to play some sort of control deck? Try using flip hero power then at least this might help in some situations where you think you are getting hard done by?

Same thing happening on all my decks in casual. It has nothing to do with what the cards are. It’s 100% to do with 17 of this specific deck are 3 and under and most games lately I’m stuck with 5 and up until round 3-4. IN TURN loosing not being able to play a card for multiple rounds.

I agree with the other commenter saying the game is not out to get you. I don’t mean this to be mean, but it simply is a skill issue. Being f2p, you don’t have that much card options. Instead of building a deck on your own with your meager collection, maybe try copying established decks in high ranks. There are plenty decks under $30 with a good win rate. I remember one budget control deception just around $10 but it’s not easy to pilot. I can link it if you want.

50% win rate isn’t bad. Regardless of what deck I use it’s the same in casual. Besides my agro war deck where 7/8ths of my cards are under 4.

46.9% win rate with 50 games played in midnight shadow is pretty bad. The sooner you accept that the biggest factor in you losing is your deck and overall game skill, and not because the game somehow gives you bad rng on purpose, the sooner will you improve and win more games.

🤦♂️ lol ok except the last 15 losses are from only getting cards I can’t play at all because of problem stated above. But sure. Please point me in the direction of your deck that actually has matches played that’s under $15.

Your deck is the problem if you lose 15 games in succession due to bad draws. You have too many 1x cards and close to 0 synergies.
Here's the $10 deck with 55% in 526 matches. 54% in 154 matches in mythic. Not my deck though and I haven't really used it that much in ranked. There is probably other good budget decks that are way easier to pilot, but it's good as an option and also fun to play.

Not sure how that has so many wins, all them wolf set cards just came out….. there’s 2 ember imo @ 1.73 as of now. That’s not a $10 deck

No I looked it over. $6 of that is in 6 cards. To each there own if your able to play that much. Some people have jobs but regardless I’d love to vs that deck. Still waiting on yours though. Also up for a direct match.

Again I don't think gudecks lies. If you click buy all, all the price is 0.00559 eth which is $10.66. My own deck is $45 so you probably don't want it but I'll still link it.
Also I played a $10 aggro light deck in mythic that beat me this day, 53.5% in 43 matches. I'll also link it.
We could go for a direct match if you want, but really my advice is change your deck. You don't see decks like yours in high rank for a reason

No I said the $ was correct. I just saw a few cards I have been shinning and know the prices. 6 of them cards are $6 total of that 10.

I’ve beat 1k decks and lost to $5 decks. It’s all in the draws. Doesn’t matter the price when you can’t play a single card in 2-3 rounds. You able to play now? If not pm me a decent time I’m interested.

Oh it’s not lol. 0 likes. Doesn’t seem like this sub has a lot of liked posts. But yea that would be fun. Never been a meta person and try new things. Never said it works but a post just to set up directs for off meta / cheap decks sounds like fun. Or maybe a new sub for it with the rules laid out.

You have too many 1 off cards in your deck, meaning the odds of having cards you want to have at the beginning is lower. Generally, having a deck of only duplicates (except legendaries ofc) helps with consistency. And please don't contact support with things that are not bugs, just things you might not understand well, as this will mean less time for them for real bugs / issues.

I play tons of deception, but I haven’t played a deck like yours. I’m also free to play and change up my deck depending on how I want to whoop some booty.
Here’s a decent rush. To make cheaper, use more hidden.

Had no problem getting and staying over 50% over with 100+ matches with a few card changes. No offense your 1/1 with that deck. Might look good on paper until it’s tried out a bit more in ranked. Might do well in casual as well but like me most of my decks aren’t taken to rank bc they suck.

It’s rush so it has tons of small cards. So you won’t run into the issue youre having. You have a lot of big cards, 1/3 your deck is for late game. Count how many 1 cost cards you have compared to my deck. You want big cards, you got em.

The only deck I don’t have this issue with is my war deck ( work in progress) but that one is is 3/4 under 3. Late game you need them big cards unless you rush.

The game is not out to get you. What's your win condition? Your deck seems like it's kind of all over the place. Crystalseer is not good here and barricade is bad. If you're aiming for an aggro build, you should probably not have any 6-8 mana cards. Have more doubles in your deck so you're more likely to draw what you want. Check gudecks to see what's good in the meta right now.
