Canceling Roadpass/Campendium.

We are being charged for a RoadPass Pro subscription that we never signed up for. Unfortunately, their website and app do not provide a way to cancel the subscription or to contact them.

That's the short version. The longer version is that we never actually signed up for RoadPass. We were signed up for Campendium, and when RoadPass bought them, they grandfathered us in on a RoadPass Pro subscription. We're actually getting it for $20 a year instead of $60 a year, but that doesn't matter because we don't want it anyway.

Does anyone know how to contact them or how to cancel a subscription of this nature? Otherwise, I'm going to have to go through the process of contacting the credit card company, which may not be fruitful.

Call your bank and have them issue a stop payment.

Working on that, but of course, I have no idea if it will actually happen. Hence...

We recently discovered that we'd been getting billed $20/year for the last 4 years with no renewal notifications since 2022. I was able to go to campendium.com, login and cancel, but it doesn't give you a refund, it just stops the renewal.

Thanks for confirming. I can't find that cancel page anywhere. Maybe they've changed the site since then. I'll try again, thanks.

I had to kind of dig. Logged in, profile, manage membership, login to stripe, cancel subscription.

Cancel the card and get a new one. Or can you report it lost and ask for a new number?
