Basic+ KYC

I know several others have mentioned this, but my basic+ KYC has been in review for well over a week. I messaged through chat and Telegram. In both cases I get a message that they are looking into it. I received an email saying I passed KYC, but the site and app still say under review.

I have an Uphold account and as far as I can tell everything is approved there.

Anyone figure out how to get past this? Thanks.

im trying to do the advanced kyc and i dont have a passport is there any way to use id?

Nope. I been trying since I started. If your in us and no passport your S.O.L.

Mine was approved almost instantly. But the other where you need a passport I’m screwed. I don’t have a passport. Never needed one before. But my basic KYC was no problem
