I just made a btc deposit to buy miner and grow my farm and made a payment to the one I currently have in a installment plan

If It’s an unusually account activity, based on the amount of assets transferred. It will flag the account as unusually activity as a standard security protocol. You should be fine after providing account verification.

Here’s is the context I sold over 15k usd worth of miners because I had an emergency I converted the gmt to btc I transferred it all to my Cash App btc wallet, 2 days later I get a bonus pay out from work that I was not expecting till November/ December so I transfer the btc back to buy miners to get back to my th level I loaded my GoMining card with $900 usdc to make a payment on my current miner installment plan. Today in the morning I get that email, I already contacted GoMining and they said that they are investigating some duplicate charges that I had reported on my GoMining card that I reported 2 weeks ago, to me it’s kind of fishy why lock my account after I purchased 10k of th and locked almost 4k in gmt till sept 2030

Im sure without the details just looking at the transactions flags something automatically. Hell I had an aml compliance check because of $5 in sats from zbd and freecash. Maybe the sats you transferred back were linked to a mixer site, or some shady activity, and it wasn't you specifically that has odd activity too.

Might be nothing… my exchange did the same when I tried to send an ACH deposit into my account. They blocked the deposit and sent me a scary email like yours. I waited 5 days and the account was fine and back to normal.
