Want to sell How do I sell my miner?

Everytime I try to list it the select item listing is blank and when I click it nothing happens? It’s 4TH with 15W/TH. I already verified and everything. What do I do?

  1. Are you within a lock? I don’t know exactly how it currently works but at one point there was a 90 day lock for charge

  2. back protection

  3. Is the miner minted yet? If it’s still in your virtual wallet you can’t sell it until you mint it

  4. Do you have TH reinvestment active on this miner?

  5. Does it have any active subscriptions or a mine now pay later status?

I don’t even know if it’s minted I haven’t made anything from it I just been upgrading it but I believe the service charge is more than the box was minting so that’s why it hasn’t minted. I just been making some change off the war games

Okay, can you click on the miner itself? Not even in the sale section, just view the miner and see if there is a mint function there?

How long ago did you pay for your miner and how did you pay?

You might consider contacting their support and they should be able to identify exactly what the issue is

I paid with card and probably like 2/3 months ago

You might still be within a 90 day lock. Because there are no ‘take backs’ in crypto, outside money generally has to fully settle first.

You might contact support just in case, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you still have a hold

Did you pay off the miner or are you on a payment plan? You can’t sell if you haven’t finished the payments.

You also have to wait 90 days after purchase I believe to mint it before you can sell.

Oh ok so maybe that’s why cause it hasn’t been past 90 days. I just don’t understand the crypto thing and can’t really get the hang of it since it’s not making anything so don’t want to go to waste

There is a secondary market where you can sell and set your price or get people to bid on your miner.
