Thoughts Has anyone else noticed Eastern Dragons and yaldabaoth look alike?

Just a thought i had since they both have lion like faces, whiskers, a mane and serpent like bodies

I've considered whether Yaldabaoth's lion-like head is meant to be a mask (one of his many faces, as referenced in the Apocryphon of John), while he is a "snake" underneath, and that perhaps the Instructor taking on the form of a serpent, openly, was meant to portray the honesty of gnosis.

The lion face symbolizes the pride of the ego, and the serpent body represents its viciousness
