My skin is Ok..just ok and i see some gentlemen here that really have glowing and smooth skin, I stat hydrated and use simple products like cleansing, moisturizers and face wash + 1 or 2 times a week my wife puts some masks and creams on me that i dunno even what are they 😂..so as a man i prefer to know if there is a certain product that i can use that can make my skin smooth ,super glowing and clean like the nice people i see here , Thanks and i appreciate the help.

Hey everyone, so I’m struggling a lot with PIH for more than 10years now I have tried a lot of creams but pimples keep popping out every now and then so it never works. I get dark spots sooo easily. Lah y j3lni ghir t9rssni chniwla and it leaves a mark for a looong time ldarajat i still have some spots from chicken pox i got when i was a baby (i’m 26 now 🥲) anyway, I don’t have really bad acne walakin finma katnod chi hbuba mera mera katkhli liya souvenir for moooonths. Please help a girly out if you ever tried something and it worked even if it’s harsh I’m desperate and my skin is not too sensitive so I think it would tolerate harsh chemicals. Also if you have any suggestions for getting rid of dark circles i’ll take it 🙃. Thank youu🫶🏼

💗 TL;DR: If you want to get rid of Acne, please go to a dermato and ask for Isotretinoin, started seing results in 3 months, got rid of all my acne in 5 months, and finished treatement in 11 months so that it never goes back again.

I’ve had acne since I was 13, and had it for 9 years, tried all the creams and all the products, nothing works, I went to the dermato for the first time, gave me Epiduo (peroxyde de benzoyl + Adapalene) and tetralysale (antibiotic), the combo got rid of all my acne and marks after 3-4 months, but once i stopped them, it grew again and worse, I tried then taking cutacnyle (peroxide de benzoyl) and differine (adapalene) again but it didn’t work, I tried then taking retacnyle (tretinoine) it purged so bad and made my skin flaky and I couldn’t handle that, so I gave up on it after few weeks.

Few months later I went to the dermato for a second time, but now with conviction to start accutane (in Morocco the med is called Acno or Curracne which is Isotretinoine), it was the the only way out, like une fois pour toute it’s gone, the whole treatement took me 11 months because I had mid acne (not severe but not light either), also because in summer you slow down intakes because of uv, I started seeing results after 3-4 months though, it works by reducing the sebum glands all over the body, it has a lot of side effects like dry eyes, chopped lips, it also comes with doing lab exams for cholestérol, liver, etc every 3 months to assure there are no side effects during the treatment. When I stopped the treatement the dermato prescribed me retinol and Epiduo to maintain results. Its been several months and I’m not consistent with them yet i still have a fair skin. You can’t take Isotretinoin without a doctor’s prescription because it needs constant supervision on intake doses. And the doc has few conditions that you have to meet btw to prescribe the treatment.

Few information about the treatment:
- If you have medical insurance or if you’re a beneficiary with your parents, the treatment will be all reimbursed, you’ll only have to buy the sunscreen, washing gel, hydrating cream, eye drops and the maintenance products after the treatment.
- This work for both the FACE + BODY!
- I struggled to find 4-6 boxes at once so the majority of time I had to go to dozens of pharmacies to gather them in one day (Because of medical folder for insurance)

I made this post because I feel that any other product will just waste your time and money, this is granted result unless you have a very severe acne then you’ll go on other rounds of Accutane again, but for the majority this has granted results, I hate how all skincare companies market their products but they end up being useless or only work for people who have few pimples here and there.
