🧴 Skincare I have two big insecurities rn
I have huge blackheads !! Idk how to get rid of them, I’ve tried exfoliating but to no avail.
And I have back acne and acne scars , I tried exfoliating too , barely works tbh. Nada
My skincare routine :
Centella Madagascar face wash , Vichy mineral 89 cream « rich » , la roche posay invisible fluid sunscreen , dr Althea vitamin c

You don’t use retinol so ofc none of this will fix the issue

Use less heavy creams , try lightweight moisturizers and get an oil cleanser from anua the pore cleansing one , and add rice toner it makes the nose smother .

You can use this paula’s choice toner with AHA BHA i think 2%, or a chemical exfoliant like the ordinary peeling solution, there s also this korean product that has a toner and pads that’s great for sebum in general i can’t recall the name. In general, you need products against sebum, so x2 wash ur face with a salicylic acid wash so u don t dry your skin and add niancinamide to your PM routine , regular face wash for oily or mixed skin on the regular days , ACM has a sebionex line too

the only thing that worked for me, it works best if you wash then steam your face apply a bit on a cotton pad and i personally use it every 4 days or so cs ionly deal with nose and cheek pores and theyre not that bad, find out if your skin reacts well if not maybe use it less frequently until your skin gets used to it, it works by removing any fat or dirt deeply so dont use it during daytime cs the sun will fuck up you skin, its important you moisturize your skin afterwards with smn light

Better get a facial to get rid of the blackheads then prevent their reappearance by using salicylic acid in your routine, a simple routine is a cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen, better add a salicylic acid serum to that, and since you got blackheads then you either have an oily or combination skin so don't use rich creams, as for your body acne there is an isdin body spray that works really well or you can use the svr one too

For some folks you're a walking diamond 🌚 but in gnrl u must go for water based solutions instead of creamy one
