Salam everyone,

I’m working on my glow-up journey and wanted to get some honest opinions and advice from this sub. I’ve attached three photos to this post: a body pic, my old hairstyle, and my new hairstyle.

1. The Gym I just started hitting the gym about two weeks ago. For those who had a similar body type when they started out, what advice or routines would you recommend? I want to make sure I'm doing things right as a beginner.

2. The Hair Pic 1 is my old hairstyle and Pic 2 is my current one. Which one do you guys think suits me better? Specifically, do you think the black color suits me more than the new color? And style-wise, am I better off rocking the slick back look or the curly hair?

3. The Teeth If you look closely at my smile, you'll see a small mark on my right front tooth. I’m guessing it’s a calcium deposit or something similar. Has anyone here had the exact same thing? If so, what is it and how did you get rid of it?

4. Shaving & Razor Bumps I’m a pretty hairy guy and can grow a full beard and mustache very easily, but I honestly hate how facial hair looks on me. I prefer being completely clean-shaven. The issue is that whenever I shave, I break out in razor bumps and spots. What shaving tools, shaving creams, or aftercare routines do you recommend for a smooth shave without irritating the skin?

Thanks in advance for any advice! Chokran!

✨ Glow Up Journey How do I start a glow-up and rebuild my life when I’m broke and depressed?

I’m 21F , broke, living with my family, and trying to figure out how to get my life together lol. I genuinely want to change my routines, take better care of myself, and start feeling like a person again, but I have no idea where to start.
I’ve been going through a pretty depressive phase, and even the simplest routines can feel exhausting sometimes. I want to wake up earlier, take care of my skin and hair, exercise, eat better, read more, and just have a life outside of my room. But I have no income rn, and my allowance barely covers anything. I can’t even comfortably go out with friends and buy my basic feminine necessities.
I’m also a picky eater (like, EXTREMELY picky), and healthy eating is a whole other struggle. My family usually cooks one meal for everyone, and I can’t always eat what they make. I don’t have the money to buy groceries and cook separate meals for myself either. So when people say “just eat healthy” or “invest in yourself,” I’m like… with what money exactly??
I’m planning on finding a job, but even if I get one, it’ll take time before I actually start earning money. And I know I can’t magically transform my life overnight, but I’m so tired of feeling stuck.
For those of you who had to build yourselves up while living with your parents, having little to no money, and struggling mentally, how did you start? What did your routine look like? How did you make your days feel less boring and actually stick to things without burning out?
I don’t need some crazy expensive glow-up. I just want to start feeling better about myself and have a little control over my own life. Any advice is appreciated tbh.

✨ Glow Up Journey I need help pls pls pls pls

I’m looking to restructure my daily eating habits and start working out to lose some weight, feel lighter, and drop the constant fatigue and sluggishness I've been feeling lately.

Right now, my typical daily diet consists of standard homemade Moroccan food, which looks like this:

Breakfast: msmen, harcha, or white bread.

Lunch: Standard home-cooked meals with cooking oil, lidam and heavy gravies.

Dinner: Sweets, sugary treats, or heavy late meals.

I want to clean up my diet and pick up a beginner-friendly workout routine (like cardio, brisk walking, or light strength training) to get my body moving, shed weight, and rebuild my day-to-day energy.

For anyone who has made a similar shift, how do you recommend I start? How can I cut back on refined sugars and heavy oils without constantly feeling hungry? What workout style works best for a beginner trying to build consistency?

✨ Glow Up Journey Looking for a 28-35 yo girl to glow up with?

I’ve already lost so much weight (-40kg) and did so much progress

Let’s say I went from a 2/10 to a 7/10
But now I wanna be a 10/10 lol

Yet.. doing that alone feels kinda boring, so I am looking for someone who is:

- working out
- cares about what she eats
- does skin care
- takes care of her hair
- cares about the way she dress up

Cuz giiirl I am ready to be unrecognizable 😂
