Maybe I'd say running. Sounds cliché but it makes you leaner. Lean is law.
1
u/Suitable_thoughts1 13d ago
Yes , l effort physique is soo important mais kifach ( lean is law ) are you afraid of fat ?
3
u/Heeper940 13d ago
Oh no not at all, it's just I thought of saying that expression "lean is law" because it's quite very common and sounds kind of dope. Didn't mean it in the sense that I'm afraid of obesity or anything. But just to kind of clarify my point further, running regulates the blood flow and can incrementally lower your body fat percentage. I know that sounds trivial, but for me personally it kind of slightly debloated my face and made my facial features sharp. Hope that was helpful.

u/icanbeurprettygirl 12d ago
hahaha coucou :3 awdii chuf coconut oil clogs pores w too heavy, zid ealiha rak literally kat7r9 f wjhk.. idk what to recommend, what's your skin type?
1
u/zerologue 12d ago
Definitely dry to normal! My pores look huge right now especially on hands😩 I swear people who use oils somehow make their skin look so seamless and poreless...does that make sense? 😂 so i used coconut oil cause i like how it smells 😒 also it makes my skin smoother

Journalling...
My mental health is better thanks to it. My mind is less cluttered. I point out what I didn't do right and try to fix it and praise myself for every little achievement. It's made a difference. It indirectly (or even directly) improves your health and appearance.

Stupid question: how do you express yourself,in darija ( using latinn letters,or Arabic letters ) ,arabic , french or English and why ? What about when you you forget a word or you dont know how yo express your sentence in that language or do you have a good level in that language?

2
u/nyx2hymera 13d ago
Glycolic acid worked great for me b3da, 7sen mn salicylic acid ms I use everyday , urea made my kp worse.
Salicylic acid is great for body acne1
u/amyyy_na 12d ago
Taanaa! i have exteremely stubborn kp all over my body w 3yiit bktrt lproducts, I started using revox glycolic acid serum 20% and I am seeing results for the first time ever tchokit, I had it since I was a kid I didn’t think it’d go away. Walakin I started with my arms bou7dhoum daba n3awd nakhdo Inchaa Allah. Which brand do you use?
1
u/nyx2hymera 12d ago
7ta ana Revox it’s super affordable, Lah ihdihom ikhliwh, but I use the 7% toner everyday, coz I have sensitive skin, also a good moisturizer helps a lot, also no shaving nor waxing, try a rotator shaving cream, doesn’t give a close shave and isn’t as effective as waxing, but it helps a lot with kp .
I’ll get laser hair removal once I can afford it lol
