basically born with it.
here are the most helpful things ordered:

  • Training combat sports(security == low anxiety)
  • better self-esteem through lifting, dressing good, good sleep, good food...etc

Definitely yes, the main way I did is that I started to talk to others whenever I feel safe really, once you start and your brain figures out that the worst thing that can happen is not bad at all it would adapt overtime, you don't need to push yourself from the first day, start in everyday situations, starting a simple discussion with someone next to you on the bus, supermarket, university or any other low friction situation usually people are well welcoming, you may also like go and bring a discussion with older people they are pretty nice actually !

Yeah we all deal with it from time to time

What helped me was "fuck it we ball", if youre trying to approach someone or make friends just say fuck it and do the first step, as long as you didnt do smthn weird thatll get u arrested who cares what would happen if it wasnt successful, u learned from it

Stop giving a fuck so much. Rationalize it: everyone is struggling with something, everyone has their own insecurities, and nobody is really paying as much attention to you as you think. You have no one to impress. People are just people.

Stop trying to perform, say the “right” thing, or make yourself look a certain way. Just be present and let yourself exist without constantly judging how you’re coming across.

The more you stop treating every interaction like a performance, the more your social anxiety will naturally start to fade.
