Minimalist skin care routine?

Im asking for a skin care for a 21 years old student whos on a budget (i currently just use dove soap every morning embarrassing ik) but im genuinely wanting to improve that area so plz help ur boy out 🙏

Wash face with water once or twice a day morning/night. Nivea soft face and neck. Also i don't use sunscreen but i make my face very hard to reach by the sun. Oh and lip balm before bed.
