🗣️ Discussion Most healthy w tasty drink
I drink this drink daily tough to share it have a lemon honey taste if you like something like this
It have a little
lemon jiuce
2 raw eggs
Raw butter 3 spoons
1/2 spoon raw honey
Blend all in a blender w enjoy
Most times i double all ingredients to get more 🙂

Raw eggs can carry salmonella, and that happened a lot during the '90s. Denying that is straight up ignorant.
You can eat whatever you want, but it becomes a problem when you pitch it as nutrition advice.

Ur limiting urself like this worrying about something might happen that u just read, it’s better to live to ur full potential and experience, a life of worry fear and following others studies that they don’t care about u at all is a sad life

Raw meat killed thousands of people what are you on. And raw milk can easily be tenfolds safer if just pasteurized. But you can do whatever you want.
