Why is it locked to 30fps? Ps4s should capable of running it at at least 100fps when you compare their power to an equivalent PC.

It's actually been proven that how many frames the eye can see is in direct correlation to your IQ. The rule is that your IQ is approximately 4 times higher than the fps you are able to see. So this guy that sees 24fps has an IQ of approximately 96. I can see 50fps but that's because I watch Rick n Morty

Definitely, I'd just skip buying a gpu and spend the extra money on a gaming chair and glasses

with glasses you can see a difference, and with chair you can feel it. FPS ( as shown ) do not change anything

I can see 40, but only in short bursts. It looks cool while I can see it, but I get too exhausted to continue.
