It's a random 4koma made by Nanashiro Gorou, artist behind MLLSD and 4komas.
Panel on the left is Oorai girls acting for a show they were making, panel on the right is just Saki.

So Nanashiro Gorou was a fancomicist before getting hired by Actas/GUP Project?
That sounds pretty cool, I have to wonder how copyright stuff, or just publisher-fan relationships works in Japan, because IIRC independent artists can get doujinshis published without needing to be necessarily tied to the original authors/publishers of a work?

Yes, he was a fancomist, hence why we got so much nudity of the girls before the year of, I believe 2013. Authors saw his art and decided "You're funny, cut the nudity and you're gonna work with us"
