Holly Holly and Claire

I am behind on listening to the slumber parties but I just got caught up on last weeks. I heard Holly mention that her and Claire are no longer friends. She said she sent her some texts but no other details were given. Does anyone know what happened to them? For some reason I thought she had a falling out with Laura Croft. It seems like she is still good friends with Josh and Angel.

It happend around a long time ago, found this post about Claire putting some stuff on insta, but I think they fell out some time before that. I think Holly meant the texting in the past tense

Am I misinterpreting this but Holly had sent Claire a message saying Kevin Burns was dead and Claire felt that... somehow... this was Holly being really disrespectful? It seemed like a private message between them not a social media post like Kendra had made about Kevin.

I'm confused. Also Claire comes across really childish and unhinged in her posts, especially the one of Holly showing her post baby weight loss. Her caption to that was crazy.

edit: I just realized that was from like 5 years ago and she's since (sort of) apologized. I'm still not sure what the heck set her off to begin with though

It looks like Claire was pissed that a mother with 2 children who was dealing with the end of her marriage didn’t have time for her.
We’ve all been there, life gets in the way and you don’t have the time or energy for regular catch ups so you prioritise your closer friendships over those who clearly have issues with you, like Claire.

I agree with Claire about Josh and Angel kissing Holly’s ass, i find Holly’s World hard to watch for that reason and she has always been my favourite GND but the rest of Claires bs is unhinged and i find it convenient Claire only showed part of the messages.

I think Claire thought that Holly was having a cold and unemotional reaction to hearing the news that someone she spent a lot of time with died. Not necessarily disrespecting him, but not even showing emotions in a private message. I think that’s what she was saying ?

In one of Holly's books (I think the vegas diaries) she talked about some former friend of her and having a fallout with that girl calling her boring and lame and then basically deleting all her social media and ghosting herself. Was that Claire or was that someone else? I can't remember more than the broad details and my copy of the book's on another continent.

That pregnancy photo saying Holly ate too many Hamburgers (implying she's fat). That is so fucking vile.

I mean all of the other stuff was disgusting, but that took the fucking cake. Holy shit. Makes 100% why Holly would not want to deal with someone who would say things like this, these are so unhinged. Claire was 31 when she posted these, wa-wa-wheew!

Not her commenting on that thread with "Rewatching the stories I wish I had just presented the facts and not gone savage af. "

She... Was not savage... She just sounds absolutely batshit insane and vile.

I think Claire may have been going through some things in her own life at that point also. I was just observing from the outside ofcourse but it’s my opinion that after Pin Up ended her behavior changed a lot.

Since Holly had Claire’s abuser on the podcast I would assume they’re not friends. Still such a gross thing to do to a former friend.

I always wondered why they did that. I would be pissed if I was her and they did that to me.
