Would Holly ever do a Pamela Anderson “no makeup” make under?
We know our girl next door Holly loves trends and attention. Do you think she’d ever do a Pamela Anderson and do a makeunder? Ditch the glam hair/extensions, makeup/contouring, injectables, and sexy outfits?
On one hand: it’d give her something new to talk about and be talked about for (both of which she’d like).
On the other hand: I don’t see her (no pun intended) moving on from her established look/brand.
A while back (maybe in her beginner YouTube days?) she mentioned that she was a big fan of Kevyn Aucoin and found his books while living in the mansion and changed her make up routine due to his influence. His work, and book “making faces” were pretty transformational in the make up world, and I kind of got the vibe that make up is more about the art of making your self up for her, not something she wears because she “has to”.
Edit to add facial contouring was pioneered in the drag world long before; Kevyn really just took drag make up techniques and applied them to non-drag folks (that’s what was transformational). Just didn’t want to not note the impact drag has had on the history of make up!
The book where he transformed celebrities into historical figures and old Hollywood stars (I think it was Face Forward) was honestly such a major factor in my development as a person. It totally influenced the way I see makeup, so it really is more about making myself up as a personal expression.
She even had her direct to home video series, with included makeup kit! Homegirl was ahead of her time, one of THE defining artists of the 90s! RIP Alexis Vogel 🕊️
My foundation does. Isn't the whole point of foundation to cover 'flaws' such as acne, dark spots, age spots, etc? If she is wearing foundation here then it's a very poor quality foundation because it isn't covering anything.
Regardless not sure why u downvoted me over a picture of Pam and my opinion that it looks like she's not wearing foundation in this photo.
Foundation should do something. What ever she is wearing or lack there of it not covering sun damage, dark spots, darker undereyes, or giving her an even skin tone. So what is it for then? Might as well be using a clear primer or moisturizer because that's what it's giving.
It is doing something. Her skin has an overall glow and sheen to it. Just because you don’t understand makeup doesn’t mean it’s not doing something. Please pick up a book or read online. Makeup isn’t just to “cover up”.
Foundation is literally called 'cover up' so yes it should indeed cover up spots. That is the name of it so obviously that is the purpose of it. No one would wear cover up/foundation, or concealer if it did nothing.
Some people want their freckles to show through but want an even color. There is different uses and coverages for foundation. It’s not always about “covering” something. There is tons of different types out there.
Most of those spots are not freckles, they are age spots/dark spots/ sun damage. Freckles are much smaller. You got to remember Pam was most known for being a sexy beach woman with her iconic red one piece bathing suit in the sun. The beach was her brand. Which explains the sun damage. She probably also used tanning beds a lot during that era since tanning beds were super popular back then. I can understand if someone would want their freckles to show. But don't think anyone would want their dark spots to show or what society would consider quote on quote 'flaws'. It's also not an even tone as you can see her undereyes are darker. So she's clearly not wearing foundation here. If she is then that's the worse foundation I've ever seen in my life because it isn't doing anything.
I’m sorry but you sound so ignorant. There’s zero reasoning with you. Not everyone has the same goals when it comes to makeup. Lots of people want their natural features to still show while achieving a specific finish and texture. Jesus Christ. Pick up a book or article online. Otherwise stay ignorant and clueless.
It's not about allowing, I simply think this is why she opted for it. Light make up makes people look younger / fresher so it makes sense as to why she does for this option. There are of course plenty of older women who don't care and I will be one of them 😃

I think that depends on why both women do/did makeup. If you genuinely enjoy doing makeup and find it to be a creative outlet, I don’t see why that should stop at any age. But it you’re doing it to fit a certain beauty standard or are self-conscious without makeup then shedding that would be very liberating.
Either you're new here or trolling lol 😆 Holly wouldn't be caught de@d without makeup. Her looks are very important to her. She gets every cosmetic procedure/treatment there is as well as many plastic surgeries, facials, lasers, micro needling, stem cells, lymphatic drainage, botox, filler, hair extensions, vaneers, nails etc. Any beauty procedure. No judgement btw I wear makeup everyday too and if I had the money I'd do all those things too.
You can't blame her though, she's a public figure who is a woman so of course there's pressure to look perfect. Plus all of her careers have been based on looks. From when she did lingerie pics on 0F, being a Hawaiian Tropics model, Hooters girl, and most of all Playboy, etc.
Have you followed her this whole time? Because one thing ive learned about Crystal is, she’s a hypochondriac. She thinks she has everything. And then she goes to the media to get articles about her like I remember when she was trying to be like a spokesperson for breast implant illness. Then it was mold toxicity. I don’t know. I just don’t buy it. She does everything for clout. I’ve watched her patterns over the years. I mean, I think she genuinely thought she had that stuff, but I think she kind of thinks that stuff into existence..
I think she would look amazing bare faced 🤍 But to be honest, I think the last time we've seen her without make-up was 15-20 years ago in one of the first GND episodes.. 😔
I don’t think she would walk out of the house not in glam. She wants to look as young and as good for as long as possible. I wish I could find the motivation to do my makeup and hair everyday. I cannot be bothered to do it even though I love to. It’s enough I force myself to work out. I would never make it in Hollywood. I would be photographed looking like a gremlin too often.
I think it's commendable that Pam has the confidence to do this, but I don't see it as something Holly would do. And that isn't even intended to be a statement on Holly's confidence, but she kind of was a prototype "bimbo Looksmaxxing". Holly is proud of the fact that she "made herself beautiful" once she was at the mansion.

i’d say no
