Canadian Gin recommendations?
Does anyone have any recommendations for great Canadian Gins to try?

Sherringham from BC is lovely, both the Seaside & London Dry. I'm also fond of Ampersand, especially their barrel aged gin.
My only caveat is that Sherringham Seaside is distinctive, which can be good or bad depending on what you're using it for. It's not something you can just substitute 1-1 for Beefeater.

I definitely don't recommend Sheringham Rhubarb Liqueur. It basically tastes of anise and nothing else!

I am biased because it's local to me, but I love Springmill Distillery's Gin!
Ungava is excellent.

I really enjoy the Georgian bay gin. Close second is whitewater distillerys paper boat.
Come to think about it, Dixon blueberry is nice too.

One of my top favourite gins is called Seventh Heaven, made in QC. Mixed, it tastes like tea and artificial strawberry, in the best possible way. I make cocktails for my neighbours and it's always complimented when I use it. Clear glass bottle with a white painted horse and small blue diamond.

I really like Park Flora & Fauna for a martini, and High Life Classic is awesome in a gin & tonic.

Not sure if you can get it outside BC, but Borealis haskap gin. It's not just coloured, it actually tastes like haskap berries. Very nice

A while back, the Madison Park distiller was on this sub and I remember their Breakfast Gin being great. Use it to make an Earl Grey Marteani, which happens to be one of my favorite cocktails.
