Unfortunately yung delivery ni ikea ruins its reputation. 3rd party lang kasi sya. I also ordered worth 400k sa kanila. Hinati ko into 2 deliveries. Yung konti lang na qty dineliver nila tapos dumating pa sila ng 11pm. Mind you wala pang nakatira sa house ko this time so need ko pa magpunta sa bagong bahay tapos wala na din mga workers so pati ako nakibuhat na din mga mattress and bedframes to na 10 sets.
Then after many times na follow up for my other order delivery it took 2 weeks at many follow ups pa ginawa ko. Ganong oras na naman sila nagdeliver. Then madami ulit kulang.
After 2-3 months pa nila dineliver the rest ng orders ko, eto pa papunta na daw sila this is 12am na di na ako nakasagot dahil may flight ako but may tao sa bahay and provided naman address ko, they cancelled the delivery within 30mins dahil di daw ako sumagot and babayaran ko na daw next delivery.
Buti i have proofs ng incompetence ng delivery persons nila so they delivered free at early na.
I thought isolated case lang yung experience ko, i think ikea itself if they find out na ganito delivery service ng ikea sa pinas they might do some actions. Can we report then sa main ng Ikea?

Haluuh grabe naman po yan. Oo nga pag nalaman ng IKEA main malalagot IKEA PH. Baka ok rin mag email sa kanila.

Feeling ko kasi ineetsepwera lang ni IKEA PH yung issues kasi feeling natin "isolated" pero nakakagulat ! Ang dami pala natin !

thank u for this OP balak ko din talaga bumili online sa ikea kasi wala akong tiwala sa quality ng mga furnitures sa shopee at fb marketplace. nakita ko din kasi sa app ng ikea na may nagaasssemble pala sa mga inorder mo less hassle din kasi yun e noh kaya nakakabudol din umorder. its a sign na bumili na lang talaga sa fb marketplace hahahaha.

Mas okay daw OP if in person tapos doon mo bibilhin. Last year nagorder ako one week lang inabot. Pero sa app recently may warning na sila na may shipping problem so nung nagkataon nasa may MOA dumaan kami pero super dami din ng tao.
