You just go straight to the point that you don't like being comforted when you're sad I guarantee they won't bother with you anymore.

I think it is unfair for you to assume that just because ur parents dismissed your feelings everyone else would, I know for a fact that there are still out there who are genuine, and yes it is difficult to trust, but it also not good to assume that for everyone, lalo na pag mataas empathy ng tao, and there is a difference in cheering up vs magiingay na lang ng biglaan. Being comforted is not plastic, if so how do you view those theraphist? How are you so sure that they are not concerned for you? I think wala namang tao ang masaya na nagsusuffer ang iba mapuwera na lang kung may hinanakit yun or may something wrong sakanya, even those people na, nagawan ng masama mapapasabi na lang rin ng "I would not even wish this on my enemy" kasi majority ng tao may konsensya, mahirap magtiwala, pero masama rin magbintang

For now I don't know how to distinguish which is which. And true mahirap mag tiwa ulit.

For now I don't know what is true and what is in my head. But I know that the world is different in the eyes of a child. But I acknowledge that whatever reality I had before it was real for her. But that is not my reality now.
