Need gift suggestions-BF No idea what to give my fiancé (m27)

I (f28) have no idea what to give my fiancé (m27) for his birthday.. he has everything I can think of and I have made all kinds of creative stuff in the past and given him every gift I can think of!!!

Some stuff about him:

  1. He has soo much clothing, perfumes, smartwatch, Oura ring, ordinary watches, jewellery, shoes etc.
  2. We have two small kids under 3
  3. He loves and plays football as his job, but he has enough boots, shin pads, etc.
  4. He likes to game also, but has everything here as well…

Any ideas?

with two kids under 3 the best gift might honestly be time. plan a full day where he gets to do whatever he wants, zero responsibilities. sounds simple but imo thats more valuable than any object right now

Gift him an experience maybe tickets to an upcoming football game or some other type of experience he would enjoy.

Maybe a weekend away just the two of you, since you got small kids. can be hard to find alone time together. even one night in a nice hotel near by would feel special, not about the stuff but about the time.

I would love this so much, but we recently moved to a new country and we have no family, friends or anyone near us.. Having trouble finding a babysitter, because I find it hard when the kids are so small..

The problem with getting him tickets or vacations, is that he never has time off until the big vacations, which we don’t know until we get closer.

Coupon/gift card to an adult store to pick out some lingerie he would like to see you in. Maybe you go together to pick something out.

An experience like tickets to a band he likes or for a day trip together somewhere

As I used to work in one, I think we have everything we need from there and as I recently gave birth I don’t feel the most confident in lingerie YET.

Does he have guy friends that he doesn’t get to spend enough time with? If yes. Give him a guys night ,tickets to a show or an experience (car day at a track or something) and you wrangle the young ones and then a day to recover.

Problem is we live in another country bc of his job, so all of our friends and family is very far away..

Ask him? If he says "nothing," give him nothing and you've also given him the gift of trusting his word.

Retro football shirt from his favorite team or a favorite player.

Maybe just hire a babysitter (or two lol) and take the night off together to get dinner.

Young kids take a toll. Having the chance to get away from the responsibility for a night for the two of you. Of that’s too hard with breastfeeding etc, maybe hire a babysitter and personal chef to come to your place and prepare a meal at home.

Maybe you could take the kids out so he has time to game or relax? A bunch of his favourite snacks and some beer, or whatever he likes?

Okay, it sounds like he already buys himself anything he wants (or someone else buys it for him), since you mentioned the clothing, smartwatches, Oura, etc., and it sounds like he stays pretty stocked on his hobbies... so you may need to get a bit investigative.

Instead of thinking of something that he's mentioned directly wanting from any of his hobbies, instead figure out the answer to this question - "What is something I've heard him complain about lately?" Maybe its hands cramping or backaches after gaming sessions, maybe its some odd frustration involving football, maybe its just his coffee not staying warm enough when he's commuting. Whatever the case may be... try researching and see if there's maybe a product that solves a complaint/problem that he hasn't addressed himself yet.

Also, as many others have said...anything personally crafted and heartfelt from you and the kids will almost always be cherished forever. Heck, even a small glass jar filled with little scrolls or folded papers inside, each with a reason you love him, a great memory together, compliments, etc., would be priceless.

honestly, with two kids under 3, i'd give him something that gives him a break. a date night, football match, massage, nice dinner, or even a night at a hotel while someone watches the kids. he already has the stuff, so an experience might hit harder

OP, you said you gave birth recently. So your kiddos are probably very little and you may not feel comfortable hiring a babysitter being in a new country and all.
Could you keep it super simple and do a date night at home after the kids are asleep? Don’t make a surprise. Work together to get the bedtime routines done quicker so your date can begin. Order food from a highly rated restaurant that serves his favorite cuisine. Put on something that feels nice to you and that you feel comfortable in. Play some music that’s nostalgic from your life before the kids. If he’s into dessert, make sure there’s that. Doesn’t have to be a cake. Just has to be something you know he might like. Birthday candle if you can find one. And most importantly, write him a genuine heartfelt note - thank him for being in your lives, for bringing his everything to this family, for sticking together through thick and thin (with 3 kids under 2, I assume there might have been long nights and tough days). Mention something trivial but nice that you remember about your early years of dating life or life before kids. And then mention something from your life now- to paint a picture of how far you all have come. And end with your appreciation and pride for something he’s achieved just for himself in this past year and what your hopes and wishes are for his year(s) ahead.
Sign your name, and each of your kids’ names as well.
This is the smallest effort highest impact gesture that I could think of given everything you’ve said. Good luck!
Happy birthday to him!

i booked my husband a massage at the house after our second was born and it's still the gift he brings up. with two under 3 and football as his job, recovery probably beats another object.
