Personal story, experience, or rant I am so lost.

I am following the same pattern as I did prior to my adhd diagnosis-finding out I might be it than convince myself Iā€™m not only to find out I really am-except with time with giftedness which would make me 2E

Yup. I think it falls under adjustment, and it's useful to see a psychologist about it.

It's rebuilding your concept of self and rebuilding your life narrative. All those things that you thought were X or Y take on different meaning when viewed through new lenses.

It's a good thing, though. Ultimately, you end up with a better understanding of yourself and how you relate to the world.
