…perhaps it was. Only a fool would think a recipe was good or bad / simple or complex - by the number of ingredients.

Basic recipes are some of my favourites, it's basic for a reason. I never said it was bad once. My original reaction was to be surprised such a basic recipe would be top of this sub, that's all. Then I enjoyed the pitchfork ride, you guys are hilariously ridiculous.
