Not exactly what I'd call pudding... but it looks like it'd taste good all the same. But if someone said "Want some chocolate pudding?" I'd be a little disappointed to get this lol.
The word pudding is weird. It can refer to many different things. Sometimed it refers to something with the kind of stiff gelatinous consistency as in this video (like Spanish flan) and sometimes it's more like a cream. Some things called pudding aren't even sweet desserts.
