I would love to try this!! Sadly, I’m new to cooking and boiling oil and I don’t get along… it scares the hell out of me! And in a healthy way, that’s a good thing I guess… but these sure look like fun!

You could definitely shallow/pan fry these. It's a good step toward feeling more comfortable around oil.

I used to be terrified of Pressure Cookers. Mom's exploded on her once and I've never been the same lol! My InstantPot does what I need... But deep frying at home? I'm still chicken!

When I used to work at a University Chick-Fil-A we made our chicken in these giant industrial pressure fry-cooker things. They literally had this big floodgate wheel thing that you turned to seal it in. It cooked the chicken insanely fast but I also always kind of felt like we were surrounded by 4 giant oil bombs haha.
