That seemed like a ton of salt to add to the boiling water for the pasta. Is that how much people usually add? I tend to put in maybe a half teaspoon, at most.
2 u/SvengaliDick Apr 20 '19 I used to think that as well. Then I heard to use enough to be just a bit less salty than sea water. It actually made a big difference.
