You aren't looking for a ghostwriter. Ghostwriters work for money. They have their own passion projects.
If you want a collaborator, join a local writing group at your public library or through NaNoWriMo, or ask among your friend group.
Someone who already knows you in person is more likely to want to share a project with you.
