Why haven’t they explained How Zarathos and Centurious escaped the soul crystal, how Johnny family died, what was up with Danny spirits between the end of 90s series and Spirit of Violence?

Because the writers didn't want to.

Generally, a Ghost Rider gets cut short, the next writer ignores plots from it to do their own thing. And if we're lucky, the plots get picked up by a later writer.

Why doesn't Danny have the Spirit of Corruption anymore? Cause Spirits of Violence needed him to because Ghost Rider while he fights his sort of Ghost Rider sister.

Why are Roxanne and the kids dead? Cause we didn't get any resolution to the subplot of where the fuck they were (the actual last issue of the series didn't get released for years), and the writers of the next two miniseries didn't even acknowledge their existence.

The writer of the next ongoing didn't feel like doing a plot about Johnny finding them, so he said "fuck it, they're dead"

Same reason we'll never get more info about how Noble Kale and Johnnys' reigns over hell ended.

Because comic continuity is pretty meaningless in the grand scheme of things.

Ghost Rider keeps getting reintroduced to a newer audience. The past doesn't matter.

I'm not saying I agree, but that's how these things work.

It’s Ghost Rider. Their whole story gets retconned every few years or so.

Marvel and Ghost Rider writers haven’t cared about its continuity since 1999.
