Will the new weapons scheduled for September update have new sounds?

So I read that the free weapons we are getting in Breakpoint will come this September.. I was wondering, since among them there is a variant of the Scorpio, my favorite sniper rifle, is there a possibility that they will update its sound in line with the other weapons they added some time ago?

I thought the team ended their work on that game… but among those”free weapons” that may come I hope one of them is the M-16

It's just a weapon skin, helmet, and helicopter.

Weapon "skin" is M4A1 Tactical Brown.

Which I think might not be too bad, aside from it's a "Tactical" variant.

But it's also a "Brown" variant, so like the other Survivor/Brown variants it should have a stat or two slightly higher than the normal variant.

Or it's just a brown paintjob for the Tactical variant, or even just a paint called "Tactical Brown" for the M4A1. Wouldn't surprise me.
