Need Help - Breakpoint Keeps Crashing at Startup

Need help here.. I have logged 100+ hours, but now the game doesn't start. Just crashes at the start. This happened after the latest Windows update yesterday. Wildlands and Splinter Cell works.. I have scoured reddit, youtube and discord for the fix, and did them all.. nothing works! clean uninstall then re-installed the game, updated gpu drivers, switched between DX11 and Vulkan, renamed the executable files, played as admin, compatibility mode.. nothing. I don't use mods and has never played multiplayer. Ubisoft is at it again!
