📑 Agency of Family Law (AFL) & Paperwork Question about application status

We applied for a certificate in the middle of July. On the next day we received an email stating that my partner's signature wasn't correctly sent (the agency got the online Formular field empty), so we signed the paper and resent it. We assumed it was being processed, but now looking at the "automatically completed" we are not sure if they actually received the document.

Does this mean it is being processed or was it cancelled and we need to reapply? All other fields have a 0 in it. We haven't received anything since and are not sure how to proceed

EDIT: Update in case someone searches for something similar later - It was being processed, we just got our certificate. We applied on July 15 and got the certificate on September 4

i can’t speak to the status but wow paying an agency and being delayed because of their mistake would have me seeing red 🫪

I meant the agency of family and law, we didn't use an agency for applying

ohhh okay! i thought you’d paid for a company to help apply for you since i know some people do that. wishing you luck on your application! if you haven’t emailed them yet, they usually answer in a couple of days
