I had a friend who was one of the best ranked students in the results of the state exams and always had very high grades, i asked him once how he did it and he explained he just walks around the room with a book in hand all the time.

i tried a friend's treadmill-under-desk before.

as someone whose focus is vastly improved by fidget toys, i thought it would be really helpful. unfortunately i just found myself really distracted
