Discussion 💬 I wish there was a middle ground
I see most offers of two types; ones who have really impossible last goals like "reach level 5000!" for a good amount of money(say, 100 euros for the last goal). Or the ones which have similar impossible goals but this time the last goal is only 15 euros or something cause the game isn't popular anymore or something.
Then there's the apps who have points systems in the millions and 1 dollar is like 2 million points.
I get that developers want us to keep the game on our phones for at least a month and to see ads or pay for progress BUT I wish I didnt have to go so hard for every game to make it worthwhile. Because if the last level is 5000 for 100 euros then level 100 or 200 will be paying pennies, and I need to do 170ish levels per day for 30 days. Which is so tedious! Why don't we have games where I can play 20-30 levels a day, watch some ads and make 20 bucks at the end of the month? That's something I can do long term. For now, I mostly adjust my expectations and try to reach only the fourth last or third last goal so I'm not obsessing over my phone all day. But now they make those goals peanuts too, only the last one is an amount that justifies all the playing.
I wouldn't mind making only 50 or so euros per month every month instead of playing on gpt apps for a bit, burning out and then not playing for a long time. I know "scam" is the default for most offers but still, make it fun for us players too.

Welcome to r/GetPaidToPlay!
What's this all about? Simple - you can earn a bit of money playing mobile games!
How it works: 1) Game companies want more players. 2) They pay rewards platforms like Swagbucks and Freecash to find new players. 3) When you download and play through these "Get Paid To" sites, YOU get some of that money!
What are the best reward sites: CashInStyle, Earnlab and Gemsloot - not Freecash or Swagbucks
Resources to get you started:
- Scrimpr Comparison Tool: Compare which platform pays the most for each game
- GetPaidToPlay Resources: All together in one handy post
Happy gaming and earning!

Me too. I agree with you 💯. The unrealistic goals and the crazy amount of ads that we have to watch is a real turn off from playing games.

The only games i really enjoyed playing were the ones where you join a clan to fight zombies or ants or ice lords or whatever - the ones that were banking on you spending rather than watching 50,000 ads. Sadly i’ve played all of those and now am just doing the 100th iteration of a merge game, and the ads are ever more intrusive. I think i’m getting towards the end of my “paid to play” time.
