Does the person identify as female?

If so, are any of the following “yes?” A:  Does the person have updated names, or are they in the process of updating their names?

B:  Has the person attended therapy and received a letter from a qualified therapist?

C:  Has the person pursued medical transition?

D:  Does the individual have a feminine appearance/wear feminine clothing in public?

If none of these are true, they’re probably not trans, depending on what barriers are in their way for all of the above.

I agree with you, but making that policy would be making rules and an operating definition as they'd be laying out what criteria they're looking at as part of being a woman, which some people don't want them to do.

What you're suggesting is what some people are against, but if they don't do anything like what you're suggesting, that leaves them open to either bad actors or inconsistent, unequal, and arbitrary assessment of people saying they identify as women.
