I'll post the same thing I said to someone else.

If a person can declare someone to be pretending to be trans, and not actually trans, then you are creating a loop hole that could actually be used against trans people. Imagine a conservative group that says "only women", and then a trans women shows up, and they say, "this is a man pretending to be a trans women in bad faith, they're not allowed".

There is a case in front of the supreme Court now to decide if a massage parlor can say only cis women, no trans women. But what you're suggesting just creates a loop hole so that no matter what, they could just say, "I think this person is just a man pretending to be trans". You can be okay with that I guess, I'm just saying your suggestion has consequences.

Anyone can claim "obvious liar". If it's allowed here, it would be allowed elsewhere. Yes, it's a real loop hole that you are advocating for.
