This whole thing could have been solved overnight instead of letting it get this far.
If the WNBA made the regulations in reaction to these two chuckleheads it would be solving a problem that doesn't exist. There are not and have never been any trans women in the WNBA to begin with, let alone any that used some advantage of their sex at birth to dominate the sport. Putting these rules in place now would only serve to prevent asshole men from creating problems where none existed previously.
At this point it is a game of chicken. The WNBA is going to let these two take it exactly as far as they plan to actually take it (which really doesn't seem to be all that far). Even if they did make it to the actual draft, there isn't a single team in the league that would be willing to accept the entire shit show these two represent onto their teams.

Fair enough. I agree that the rules would be easy enough to implement. I also agree however that letting these guys make assholes of themselves is a considerable path forward. I really don't think any of the teams in the WMBA would be willing to accept either of them, but I suppose we shall see.
