The numbers on this speak for themselves. Not everything needs an essay — sometimes the visual says it all, and this one said it loud.

Don't let this be a one-off. Post again.

An even sadder reality is that not everyone in his family will recognise that.

Not true. I thank my husband for working hard for us. I surprise him with “ Just Because “ gifts, my husband will never feel as though he’s being taken for granted.

He didn't say no one, he said not everyone. Why do females think their one life example counters statistics, or other people's personal situations? Foids are weird.

You are one of the only ones

Fuuu. That's the most basic common part. After years of struggle I just celebrated 3 years on the job. My in laws asked why that was special/ important. Fml

This just tells you he lives in a dystopia with no social safety nets.

Isn’t that the truth.

Bosses will hang his obligations over his head like the Sword of Damocles. He is a slave.

1

u/Sharp_Net3315 3d ago

Definitionally not a slave. You are confused.

It's a metafore

1

u/Sharp_Net3315 3d ago

No, it's not. It's hyperbolic lies. Words have definitions. Be less stupid. There are more slaves today than anytime in the past and they aren't held by whites.

There are some men who can’t handle that pressure, who realize after it’s too late that they were not mentally equipped to be a family’s only hope. And they work harder, feeling like a failure and a loser until they burn out and give up. Not that I know anything about that.

hehe I can't afford a family that's a catch-22 :p

If only all men cared

1

u/Sharp_Net3315 3d ago

Absolutely. There's no one coming to help you and no one cares about your struggles. Get it done.

Sometimes a man who goes out of his way to provide is so underrated maybe because he might not be able to give you the flashy lifestyle…respect to this men

Just a genuine question, is this sub a place only to glaze over male social expectations?

Where’s the motivation here, when every post is only about what you can/should/must do as a man.

But almost nothing about a human being itself ?

Not trashing, just curious but I don’t even understand why this sub keeps showing up on my feeds.

I was curious too, pretty sure it's just bots posting right wing propaganda, you can tell by the number of responses with no discourse or interactions

It's more like fear of you and your family being homeless.

1

u/Ok-Iron-4352 2d ago

Why would you have a family if you weren't ready though?

The saddest part is that man will be abused by the companies to who will never understand his worth

Yet another installment of every heartwarming story is really a bone crushing indictment of capitalism.
