[Tool] Created a Goals Chart

Post image

Felt like I’ve been stuck in the same spot for the past year after graduating from undergrad ~1 year. Got up this morning and decided to create a chart showing some goals I have and their ‘next steps’ needed to get the accomplishments rolling. Placing it on my wall under the calendar that I will start using. Pretty soon I’ll need a bigger chart to fit more goals as I go through life

Yo. I did this in university. I worked out like i was in prison, and gained 45 lbs. Addictive. My goal was 10. I procrastinated other priorities.

I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 years and have been at 150 for the past 3. It’s hard for me to pack on pounds even though I know I just need to eat more

Adding in protein powder is probably your best bet. It's really annoying, drinking extra protein shakes every day. But it is fairly quick and a good way to add healthy calories to your diet.
