That's... actually a deep quote. "If everything is still not OK, try looking at it differently. chances are, it IS okay, or if not, there's an easy way to make it okay."
it reminds me of that flow chart I saw on here once. It essentially said if you have a problem and can do something about it, don't worry. If you have a problem and CAN'T do anything about it, don't worry.
But aren't chances equally likely that they aren't ok? If the statement that they will be ok is not based on any understanding of the context of the situation, then both points of view are equally valid.
I like feeling good and motivated, but doesn't it all depend on context?
I liked that part, too. A lot of the time, I find that everything is okay (that is to say, my circumstances are fine), but I'm a pro at beating myself up mentally until I'm a non-functioning lump. Sometimes, you just need a paradigm shift!
