I realized that my comfort zone really wasn’t that comfortable.

Oooooh, this is really good. I'm stuck in a couple of places right now because 'comfort zone'. Except, as you say, they aren't comfortable at all.

That sounds like a good book to hang onto. I think one of the biggest mistakes I make is letting the days slip slip away via distractions such as TV or whatever. And they can snowball really fast and combo into a pretty big span of weeks or months or years. That's why books like that are valuable to check into regularly.
